I like the leap platform because here the questions are in interesting way so that student easily understood the concept. If there is an emergency and you are not able to take class then we can reschedule it after concerning with the parent (In short, no pressure to take class)

1. Meeting and talking with people around the world and getting paid by 8th of every month. 2. Being a teacher you wont get disrespected.

1. If one wants to earn serious money one has to work throughout the night and sleep throughout the morning till afternoon and will be left with 3pm till 12pm to do all the other works. 2. Management is not efficient. 3. Top leadership introduce new rules every 15 days and expect you to abide. 4. If a student for some reason does not log in (lets say he feels lazy) the teacher wont get paid. They're paying very little to the faculty.In case of student not attending demo , faculty won't be paid though you have given your time to conduct the demo class but you will be fined about ₹250 if you don't conduct the demo class.
