Good work environment and culture. Teams leads and mates are very supportive, they always motivate you to touch the sky. Incentives are very high if uoi can achieve. Salary on time. There is mandatory 6 month internship for beginers then they will convert them as FTE depending upon their performance.

There is month end pressure to meet the target. Everything is good at cuemath.
