Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is Nothing to be liked of the Trust apart from the cause thay are as there is to much of politics in the system and they can take your job anytime any month and hire your replacement and ask you to leave for any stupid reasons on the spot and give your bad reviews fro your future employers and play with your career.
