Very toxic management and the CEO is an arrogant person who lacks boundaries and expects employees to be available 24/7. Even if you r out with your family after taking proper permission they expect to attend meetings online. You will have no personal life at all. Very bad work experience - don't waste your time by joining here. 1. No proper training provided. 2. Flexible working hours- which means employees need to be available from morning 6 am till midnight , incase if you fail to attend the call, you'll be having an numerous missed calls. 3. Incomplete work can lead to being denied lunch breaks and even basic biological needs are strictly timed- Which is highly unacceptable 4. There is no positive or supportive work culture 5. Wrongful termination. Toxic Unhealthy work environment. No self respect shown to employees by CEO.. Unorganised organisational structure. Hire and fire based on CEO's moodswing. Insulting, degrading , demotivating, presuming and what not. One routine call with the CEO will shatter all the morale, motivation and confidence of the employee. If someone decides to defend oneself or their team member the exit way will be shown just like that without any notice. False performance assessments. No proper training and probation period across the domains. Deliver on day one, abide to the toxic tunes set by the CEO else get sacked. PF will not be deducted for first 6 months, to safe guard the company's name so that it will not get reflected in the terminated employees PF history. Saving their attrition image in the market. First of all , they won't consider you as a employee, they will treat you as a slave. Company CEO is literally a psycho , I never seen a person with such arrogant character and he thinks that no one has brains other than him.

No one will treat you as person, No respect will be given , You have to work like slave , No job assurance, CEO is such a ****** Blackmailing with works, It's totally waste of time in our carrer to join in this company. Even the well experience person's won't stay more than a year in this company.

Only Chennai people can be able to survive in this company. Very partial towards Chennai people. Telugu people can't survive with their partial behavior They have only one client and if the new joiners cannot clear the client round, they will be directly terminated without our concern. After the termination, they will not pay the amount based on how many days you have worked on, they will pay half of it. If you question it they will give unrelated answers. They even order you to work extra hours and on Saturday aswell. Overall, this company,the CEO are very unproffesional and has no workculture, its a waste of time to join in this company....Read More

There are so much to dislike about this company. 1. There is no job security. 2. Company CEO has a huge ego because of which he may fire employees at any time. 3. They will say 9-6 but CEO will be working from USA and we are bound to cover 24/7. 4. CEO will not consider the employee has some personal time and etc and expects to workeven from toilet. 5. There is no work life balance. 6. This is not mentally a safe place to work. 7. Most of the employees perform other department work which is not going to help for career growth. 8.
