Here we enjoy with the spiritual life and good communication with our all departments and we work like one family my rainy family homely environment and they teach how to give holistic care and i learned so many good things attitude and behaviour towards the patient and iam a outstanding student of this hospital 2019

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
