Only work from home is good

Dislikes

So much lay off No salary hike No work progress in other skills No growth learning wise Project r waste Management r useless. They even don't know what is happening in project. Which resource is in project. Who got another. There is no transition or commhnication mail from manager about transition. Don't waste in going here.

- Organization Culture, new joiners feel very well connected with the team even in this WFH situation, where u don't meet in F2F like in office - Work Life Balance, no strict timmings - Ample Learning & Growth opportunities, specially in R&D team - Employee Benefits - Supportive IT team, quick to resolve issues

Not sure where to start, I stayed in my 1st company for 7 years, I enjoyed working there, switched in 2022 due to very less payscale, now in current company (2nd company) . Im trying to switch but not getting any calls, Any suggestions are welcome. Should I move to Data engineer? YOE - 9 years Skills - SQL , PLSQL, Unix shell scripting, Telecom billing support analyst, Revenue assurance, Billing , Rating, Jira, Depoyment Manager

CSG has been great during the lockdown. We've access to everything we need, everyone is available to help you with any situation, the leadership has been understanding and thoughtful. Work was never effected.
