The company's management wanted to really grow the company in a big way but still high attrition rates played the spoil. The company had to close its operations due to very low revenues in the last 9-10 months.

Salary - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Career growth was not really on the cards despite the company wishing to grow well in this industry (KPO). There was no competition and people who worked there and left were unable to find a similar company in this KPO industry..
