Good working environment, superb HR and Management Team. Shahbaz Khan, Sunil Solanki all are great and helped me a lot to perform. Nidhi -- HR is also very helpful and cooperative Superb Talent pool to work with.

It's an organisation that thrives for excellency and also trains ambitious persons who are willing to go further with the idea of innovation and success. The two days(Saturday and Sunday) fixed off was really great for me to plan some other works and Church timing. It also provided both sides cab and one time meal.

Dislikes

The kind of pressure is sometimes unbearable. The salary increment is too slow. Salary is minimal compared with others organisations.

I have been with this company for years. To be honest, it has been a wonderful experience working here, with a great company culture. The organization genuinely strives to support its employees in every way possible. I am deeply grateful to all my colleagues, trainers, managers, HR, and even the admin. Good working environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent but less opportunity to grow the technical skills and communication skills.

I faced struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I have learnt everything on my job. I have matched up my CSAT score (100%)with lead that is the only parameter to measure the working tendency of any team member Or employ.
