My Previous Boss and team

Dislikes

All Head of the departments including GM they are best at flatter to GM..They do not even know how to treat their subordinates or other colleagues.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Poor
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Was going fair earlier but since last 1 and half year this New GM and HOD of sales department joined it has become waste, no new learning, nothing..looking for an option now

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
