Work life balance is Good as compared to other Consumers durable companies

Dislikes

No System at all, over all fear of loosing this job as Higher management and HOD give daily threat of Warning letters and firing, No SOP made and HOD is himself not confident on project which is taken, We have accepted this job offer after leaving Very Good companies
