The emphasis on maintaining appearances and navigating bureaucratic hurdles far outweighed the actual execution of tasks. Work life balance is a mere illusion as demanding deadlines and constant pressure often bled into personal time. Unfortunately this toxic environment extended beyond the employees with Clients also expressing dissatisfaction with CRISIL’s services. The upper management’s lack of ineffective leadership further exacerbated the situation.
