Overall its not a good company- particularly talent acquisition team- they are short of team and manager is not hiring team members to get promotions on the basis that in few peoples in team we are managing multiple roles, but she is actually not doing anything- work life balance is totally lost when I started working with CRISIL, even i forgot to eat food and even walk-as my job is not restricted to 9-6, its 24hrs because we are overloaded with work, even on weekends I worked, and most importantly they will not pay you what you deserve for your hard work(salary is so low as compared to market standards you can mean like 60% less than what an average person will get). I like their professionalism and adherence to all the corporate standards and policies. There was lot of learning.
The managerial part, as they rightly say, if you get a good manager you’ll look great but apparently people are so busy boasting themselves that they are not so welcoming to newbies. Bengaluru office looks like one small chamber. Upper management was quiet dominating then being helpful, lack of mentorship in them. My health went down and I had to leave.
