Dont go by its brand name. The company has over the last two years seen a trend of downfall in terms of culture , processes, quality of people employed and various other factors that one thinks of when looking at the evp of the organization. There have been many sudden exits some even overnight at a management level within the company for e.g. the CHRO, CRO , legal head ,President of their business verticals,SD Consulting. Many senior members in GR&RS vertical have been asked to leave silently. It's a hugely hierarchical company and job security is no more a concept one can be sure of. They have created a mogul empire culture where two heads are hired within a vertical and it's for them to fight it off and win the throne like a few business verticals. Poor quality members in the bargain are hired at senior level like Hr and so many other teams. Dont go by the one or two line reviews you see on Glassdoor , those are given by new comers who are asked to do so....Read More

You can learn a great deal in terms of products, processes and management. It used to work like a startup,always new challenges and something new to learn.

Dislikes

Do not pay well even if your performance is good and have been promoted within organisations. New people hired with tags like CA, IIMs would end up in top positions and better payments. Some dept. have good performance management processes. Can't be said same for whole organisation.

Toxic culture, micro management of the team members by managers, they closed down both Navi Mumbai and powai offices, people working there for longer periods behaves like they own the company and treat team members like they own them, No work life balance, bad and dirty politics. No appraisals and appreciation for the employees, they're taken for granted. Long and hectic working hours might put you in hospital. GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

Culture could be considerably toxic in specific teams. One cannot expect basic support even if an employees are facing major health issues, leaving no option but to quit. Lastly, there’s clear disparity in opportunities and promotions rolled across to women.
