My time with CRISIL sales team was a disheartening experience. The company was a rife with internal politics leaving little room for genuine work. The emphasis on maintaining appearances and navigating bureaucratic hurdles far outweighed the actual execution of tasks. Work life balance is a mere illusion as demanding deadlines and constant pressure often bled into personal time. Unfortunately this toxic environment extended beyond the employees with Clients also expressing dissatisfaction with CRISIL’s services. I like their professionalism and adherence to all the corporate standards and policies. There was lot of learning.
The managerial part, as they rightly say, if you get a good manager you’ll look great but apparently people are so busy boasting themselves that they are not so welcoming to newbies. Bengaluru office looks like one small chamber. Upper management was quiet dominating then being helpful, lack of mentorship in them. My health went down and I had to leave.

Crisil- This is the worst place to work. The managers are biased. There is favouritism. They don't tell anything about the policies before. Very bad work life balance. No benefits. Less salary. No hikes. You can't even pay your rent with that much less salary. They offer Below Poverty Line salary. They don't pay you the salary of the last month of notice period and ask you to buy out the notice period. When questioned about the F&F they say "That is the company policy." They don't even send you the F&F statement and salary slip of last month of working. Don't work here. The HR won't even help you. They don't even encash the remaining leaves.
