Cris Pharma is a good Pharmaceutical company who manufactures the medicines. There is a nice community and you will learn many things there.

Dislikes

It is a Pharmaceutical company so, there is less chance to take leave and you have to focused .

My team mates is good, training is good, job security is best, career growth is good, yearly increment 20-30%,cab and our convince, no politics, I have good knowledge its company, work environment is excellent, regulatory products manufacturing, for Sri Lanka, yuganda, work life is going on good.

Day duty after that Night duty is high.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
