The culture is becoming toxic like byjus due to blind sheep like managers and Sr. Managers. With no affliation to any of their "education" or endorsements of any kind, just to make profits, they keep increasing the prices of the courses. Employees are treated poorly. EPF amount is credited to your epf account once in a few months which in turn loses interest that you would accumulate. Absolutely zero care about your work-life balance.
