It is another Byjus! They are running behind revenue and females before joining here please be aware. Managers don't let you logout early. During the time of joining they tell it is office timings is 11-8 but they are creating a culture where they make you overwork till 11pm in the night. Moreover most of the male managers here promote female employees who are in personal favour with them. Hard working employee are not respected, they create so much pressure that you yourself will put down papers at the end. I don't even know from to where to start, the pressure which I had gone through in this company was too much. In the offer letter the work timing was mentioned as 11am - 8pm, but they never followed this timing as they ask you to come at 10am and leave you at 9pm which was totally unacceptable. No proper support, especially Mr. Anbu RSM of Chennai region doesn't give any kind of a support instead all he does is insulting people in front of others(which he basically enjoys it).
