It is another Byjus! They are running behind revenue and females before joining here please be aware. Managers don't let you logout early. During the time of joining they tell it is office timings is 11-8 but they are creating a culture where they make you overwork till 11pm in the night. Moreover most of the male managers here promote female employees who are in personal favour with them. Hard working employee are not respected, they create so much pressure that you yourself will put down papers at the end. To be honest- One of the biggest mistake made! It legit has a horrible work culture. There is no work balance at all.

The offs are on Thursdays only! Onle for a day, that's it. The work pressure they give is immense and act all cool & friendly once it's done. The abuses only daily basis is hectic. No professionalism was maintained. It was really disappointing. I cried, cuz no offs and no work-life balance. I used to leave office by 9-10:30pm Almostworked for 12hrs. Horrible place.
