Crio was the best organisation to work when it was led by Rathina and Sridher. But since the acquisition happened, it's now another Skill-lync. Employees are fighting for ther PF which has not been credited since last one year. So many ex-employees lost their jobs due BGV failure because PF was not credited. No work life balance As a fresher I made a huge mistake in joining here . The manager use more abusive words in front others and don't know how to treat other feelings. To be Frank the manager I worked in Chennai branch he will do partiality. If a person is struggling to put a sale they won't correct they will use abusive words and treat a slave to wait till late hours

It's a sales based company.Growth and learning opportunities are there in sales but not in other departments.Complete Top down approach. Favouritism abound- appraisals are completely based on favouritism.

Do yourself a favour , please do not join this company. Worst work life balance . Work starts at 10:30-11 am and should end at 8:30 but they will force you to stay till 9:30 - 10pm. 1 day week off and they will force you to work on Suandays too without extra pay. Management doesn't care about employees. No fun activities. Since last 15months non of the employees got there PF amount.. and they are not even giving the deadline to credit the PF amount..
