We are proud to know that you experienced our values through your interactions with other Crimsonites. As you rightly mentioned, we have an elaborate and efficient Performance evaluation system. Through regular scrums, one-on-one catch-ups, quarterly assessments, etc. we try to stay informed about the performance of our teams. These insights help us to address performance related gaps/challenges at a preliminary stage as well as facilitate a fast track career progression of our Hi-Pots. Thank you for acknowledging these efforts. We regret to know your concern regarding long working hours. Working beyond the stipulated hours is not a norm at Crimson. However, being a ‘client-centric’ organization, we need additional support from our people on some occasions to achieve client success. However, with increased hiring we will be able to eliminate such rare instances as well. Thank you once again for your kind words.
