It was covid that holds me here for such long otherwise it was full of dissatisfaction and shrinkage to skills set. In terms of growth, it is totally useless to expect anything even if you are performing outstanding. Management lives in different world where you might not reach. It can probably be good if someone does not have Carrer goals.
