I see positive engagements where there is a clear and thoughtful plan to provide training’s for upskilling , HR session to share feedback, fun activities are planned , periodic information sharing organisation level. Sessions are planned to be able to deliver in the new working paradigm .

Honestly, it's not a worthy company to work for. Only good thing is you get your salary on time!!!

1. Scolding employees on the floor in presence of all juniors. 2. In the name of audit, they cancel planned leaves ( Top boss does this before RBI audit and don't mark HR while sending such mails). They recruit people to fire to safe guard their old employees. 3. Please don't go with 4 or 5 stars ratings/comments. Majority of them are fabricated ones.
