Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. Honestly, it's not a worthy company to work for. Only good thing is you get your salary on time!!!

1. Scolding employees on the floor in presence of all juniors. 2. In the name of audit, they cancel planned leaves ( Top boss does this before RBI audit and don't mark HR while sending such mails). They recruit people to fire to safe guard their old employees. 3. Please don't go with 4 or 5 stars ratings/comments. Majority of them are fabricated ones.
