The management try to best providing Multi national company culture but some vantage person are not following rules because they lost own position in company so not following rule and regulation

i'm told about software development Department . Compensation is decent , but growth is slow vintage limited people are not growing the Juniors,the work pressure is very high every times, training i am fresher but no one guide me and not conduct training also i worked 4 month unpaid internship after that they are accept officially internship and internship period is 6 month they conduct 8 month internship , when project is delivered. so finish my internship ,Also,there is no on-job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain many times...Read More

Behaviour of seniours and team lead is not good. alway shaut intern infornt of other team. i work in PR team as intern my team lead is giving more work to intern.i work more than 10 hrs a day.
