Even if there is no stock in units, you still have to collect orders from dealer. We don't get required stock immediately. Alternative Saturday are off but you have to manage work over phone. Like wise Sundays also. You are not allowed to do the reports in office hours, you should do in in your personal time. Like I said there is nowork life balance.
