No proper answers given on time by manager and then blaming you for not work done on time. If good things are done they take credit and if somethings are wrong they will entirely blame you, not worth for Support staff they treat you like machines.

I like it how the Management is so upfront about making their statements like "Our experience is not good with experienced people". and they were successfully able to align all the experienced people who LEFT Crest (one way by resigning and another by absconding) to better companies! KUDOS to that! but honestly, this was sarcasm & Crest was a terrible experience to work with!

Dislikes

Management is stuck with their old ideas, no innovation they want to do. They want to copy all the policies of the companies (which they "THINK" is easily available on the world wide web) and then say they are the best IT company in Ahmedabad (within 25 IT companies).
