Handling different roles as a shift charge engineer is quite challenging. I like to face those challenges.

Teammates are good and able to perform work as a team, conduct Internal and external Training from time to time. Promotion based on performance, salary and increment are quite handsome. Every year appraisal is conducted within time. Given LTA every year to every Employee. External Politics is much so internal is less.
