There is a lot to learn in a high paced start up such as this one. You own your work and the company has a very decentralized way of working. You directly approach the guy without going through any hierarchy or strict communication channel. Your productivity is very high as well Salary is always on time

Dislikes

Their attitude towards employees is so bad that 30 to 40 percent of their workforce has left the organisation during lockdown... People had gone in clinical depression and they care about numbers the next day.. Management listen to only those ideas which does not contradict their own point of view.. otherwise you are shouted down within 1/4th of your sentence and next 15 to 20 mins is spent on telling you how fundamentally wrong your thinking is.......Read More
