Very bad company/institute This is not a company, this is a training institute running for fake experience issuance to trainees by this name This is a typical money minded person running this company(institute) He firstly give big promises of placing in IT companies, but whenever you paid all fees of this course, he will not supportanyway, also if you place by chance in any company through your own effort, he will take credit of it and use this for faking Placement numbers of his institute. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
