They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

The most valuable thing is work from home. since it is work from home work should not be like as working continuously for 2 shifts. Awesome team members who are most support full but few are there who always have a quarrel with other guys.
