Poor hikes. I have worked hardly for on time delivery taken more responsibilities. Supported flexibly at weekends. I have realized bad about company when a fresher joins with the company for my salary even though my experience is more. Management is chopping all the hikes nowadays even though having good revenue. Good platform for freshers but after getting experience its not a safe place to continue,no job security,no carrier growth, appraisel is upto the mark work environment is like high school no freedom always eyes on you from senior players,you can manage your work and life cycle.
