There is no work culture and ethics so, you don’t really have to care about compliances within this organisation which is a bad thing.

Dislikes

Everything, the designation and responsibilities says you are an Digital marketer but in reality you are just doing sales and have to meet monthly quotas or they will be after your life and the mental pressure you would be having here is extreme and nothing is professional and let me give you in writing that you would be working off hours and on weekends too as company pressurise you to.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
