Everything waste especially engineering service department HODs and kannan prabu. Biggest politician. So don't waste your life. 13 hours shift without any benefits. This company HR department supports only for management staffs not for workers.

Worst.worst. sriperumbudur unit 1 have worst HOD named Raja .he wants only production not care about operators health.I met with accident in this company at working time....I take leave of 7 days then I come to company after recovery ...the HOD raja told me to resign the job cause taking 7 days leave ....

Company growth is good & there good facilities for Tamilnadu people. Company give tamilnadu people room rent & other states allowce. But not provide for any other states people.

Dislikes

Joining time they told me 8 hrs. Working & Now they force to do 12 hrs duty daily. Also they not provide any appointment/joining latter after joining the company. Also they get original documents from there employee & not return. Also it very difficult to get our original documents even after your relieving of company.
