Quick service, SOP, 500+ satisfied guest service daily with smile at MCD. Good training and Skills Devlopment culture.

HR or upperline don't investigate appropriately when an employee accused for something went wrong either conflicts or other issues. They trap employee and make ready for resign doesn't matter if employee has No issues in pas during 7-8 years tenure. Salary vs workload is unbalanced 95% would agree. And if talk about appraisal however it is based o stote and Individual performance but, its something like you add half spoon of sugar and devide among 4 cups of tea....Read More

There is only one drawback salary. According to the work salary is not matched the work.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have experience. I managed day to day life cycle . This work need sincerity, patience, punctuality or accuracy. I learned alot from macdonalds. It was a great experience with CPRL macdonalds.
