I liked how my team was supportive at the time when I joined the organisation.

The work pressure is bearable and manageable but the organisation does not provide any growth opportunities to their employees . The appraisals are not at all timely. The upper management is very manipulative in terms of job assigned at the beginning and later when you are a part of the organisation. Since leadership people are being old in this organisation not focusing on the factors which actually responsible for employee trust in the organisation they are behaving sometime like dictator. And the management being aware then not doing anything. New talented people joins and leaving this organisation immediately because of this behavioural gaps
