Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I had to leave the hotel by this reason senior staff his name Hamandera. A gentalman his name Hamandera, He's assistant banquet manager . Hamendra always talk nonsense about everybody's mother and sister.His isn't capable for Marriott international . I request to Marriott international corporate, kindly terminate he's perso.
