When I joined that time everything was excellent. Management was too good by Murtuza sir. He was very supportive manager except our restaurant all staff are 2 good Hr department also very supportive specially Sumesh sir n Anjith sir thnks to them

Dislikes

After Murtuza sir management was poor only. New manager not supportive for work he is not able to handle our problems regarding restaurant , didn't even take daily briefings as well he used to compare our personal life with the official one that I don't liked that's why I resigned.

I joined courtyard by Marriott as a Gsa after 3 days of joining they call me for bank AC opening when that guy see I'm under 18 he told to hr miss silpa and mr. Agustin then they realise there's mistake and they offer me JT... After for month of working of JT corona comes and they ask for resignation..... That's why I'm not like to work with courtyard by Marriott Chennai

There was we face fooding issue accommodation issue lot's of bed bugs have in the accomodation and it was so far form hotel/working place no transport services only night time we get transport services.... They're not focusing learning they want only work work work and revenue
