Healthy Work environment.Great Location.Great clients.The Property , cluster leaders and Leadership.Marriott Tag.Rest lets keep it aside ( Courtyard Marriott ,Hinjewadi)

Favouritism , partiality , Flattery , inequality works here great.Exploitation of Employees.Unfair salary compensation.No pay for Overtime.Sanyukta Gholap Worst HR ever that the brand have in.Overall Not a Good place to work.(Courtyard Marriott Pune,Hinjewadi)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
