Likes

Being a small team of developers the chance to learn is there. We implement the best practices using existing relevant technologies and open source tools. Documentation and training environments for Java and Angular related technologies are quality.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

We don't have big Infrastructure in terms of paid tools or number of resources. Major improvement can be made in terms of work life balance, compensation, work culture , job satisfaction and company culture.

Work Details

I was involved majorly as Full Stack Developer and was also willing to work and learn other aspects of the company. Took part in their training sessions and honed the skills required for my project. Also assisted in their training process when required.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
