On 10th i go for interview of HR Manager profile in this company. Mr Abhijit interviewed me and at the same time he offered me a 10% hike from my present salary. Even they didn't ask me a single question related to HR Profile. Some so called HR Executive Ms. Shikha called me at 5pm and she said we can offer you 50k and i agreed to it. She said can you join from tomorrow, i said no i can join from Monday as i have to give my Handover to my senior. She said ok i will share the offer letter in few minutes. According to that i have resigned from my present company. So on 15th i waited for offer letter and since morning i call her and also Mr abhijit but they didn't answer my call. There is nothing good. Salary is not given in scheduled date, even sometimes it is given after 10th of the month. Worst HR work I ever seen.
