All the tasks which were assigned to us on a daily basis turned out to be a learning outcome for me. It helped me shape my personality and boost my communication skills a lot.

During our LinkedIn task I was looking for the team to help me resolve my issue but they couldn’t really resolve it as well. They need a proper technical team who can actually give us tips on how to repost a particular job post or how not to spend a single penny over the repost of job.

I had an amazing experience working here as a human resources intern. Got to learn so much , applied the principles of HR domain, recruited interns. All the tasks which were given as part of the internship were fun, I enjoyed them a lot.

Dislikes

Nothing. It's just that I feel the careers department could have been more approachable. Sipend could have been offered to the interns or some reward could have been given to the top performers to boost our motivation.

There are numerous things ranging from developing relevant skills, gaining knowledge, creating content to interviewing and hiring employees that we got to learn in the entire duration of this internship. Company leaders were very helpful throughout the tenure.

Even though it was a really nice experience working in the company, still they need to work upon communicating in a better way with the interns.

I struggled to find anything to like

As an intern who's studying, they can sometimes be incredibly inconsiderate of class hours. Furthermore, they do not pay interns and instead, ask them to compulsorily pay for charity donations. Making charity donations mandatory from students working for free is absurd!

It's a kind of learning platform. It's helps to enhance growth. Ability and learning skill acquired or to explore skills, knowledge and ideas.

Dislikes

Lack of proper guidance by the authority. No response on time and no equality among intern, preference given to only their specific candidate. Task evaluation is done by only their selected candidate, by groupism of their specific candidate, task and work circulated on the group. Authority never took part while we were working and suffered problem not responded on time for solution.
