There is nothing good. Salary is not given in scheduled date, even sometimes it is given after 10th of the month. Worst HR work I ever seen.

I like the openness of CHT team and encouraging behavior.

Dislikes

I don't like their lack of focus on work feedback and training session. I would also like to mention that in CHT they give very less attention to workers concerns.

On 10th i go for interview of HR Manager profile in this company. Mr Abhijit interviewed me and at the same time he offered me a 10% hike from my present salary. Even they didn't ask me a single question related to HR Profile. Some so called HR Executive Ms. Shikha called me at 5pm and she said we can offer you 50k and i agreed to it. She said can you join from tomorrow, i said no i can join from Monday as i have to give my Handover to my senior. She said ok i will share the offer letter in few minutes. According to that i have resigned from my present company. So on 15th i waited for offer letter and since morning i call her and also Mr abhijit but they didn't answer my call.
