Apart from my department, I can see the people's are somewhat growing in career wise and personal.

Offshore team is leading by a savage manager with poor communication in English.He is lacking the ability to manage people's and last year he became sr.manager from a sr.tech lead. Savage guy who doesn't believe in automation and scripts.
