This is basically company for those who interested in machines tools and having mechanical engineering background.This company very much sales-oriented they give more preference to sales employees over other departments.

Dislikes

No Promotion at all and you will not get confirmation letter till your senior not give permission as they keep on waiting for no reason and spoil your career growth specially branch managers.
