Work life balance is good only at the head office. Corporate office infra is good, working environment is cool. Discipline is good.

Dislikes

Mismanagement, lack in skill development, life and career for people at circle level is horrible. Uniform system at corp office is bad. Salary is far below expectations. Fake promises are made and to compensate it they give sweet talks and false hope to employees. Growth opportunity is poor. Promotion hierarchy was terrible when I left 3 years back , don't know about present.

Well established organisation, process and even being run by a family things are well articulated and process oriented. Great vision and management of chairman sir.

Dislikes

They should understand who is good for the organisation and who is burden. Sometimes we lose good working beneficial person because of smaller interest of other people.
