Dislikes
Mismanagement, lack in skill development, life and career for people at circle level is horrible. Uniform system at corp office is bad. Salary is far below expectations. Fake promises are made and to compensate it they give sweet talks and false hope to employees. Growth opportunity is poor. Promotion hierarchy was terrible when I left 3 years back , don't know about present.

Salaries are very low, there is no fixed appraisal policy. Also there are no training for employees for skills enhancement. Cosmo has 9-10 circles running and work pressure is too much, office infrastructure is not good ( at circles ) . Female staff is very very low in the circles. Attrition rate is high again because of high pressure and low salary. I would recommend Cosmo to a person who is ready to take a lot of heat and work at low salary 😉...Read More
