One aspect I find less favorable about Corsearch is the appraisal process, as it hasn't been the most motivating factor for me. While I greatly appreciate the excellent work environment, growth opportunities, and support I've received, I believe the appraisal system could be improved to better recognize employee's efforts and contributions

While I appreciate the recent appraisal, I believe there is room for improvement. I feel that my contributions and efforts could have been better reflected in the outcome. It would be great if the organization could further review and consider enhancements to the appraisal process, ensuring that it more accurately reflects individual performance and growth.
