Good at job security. Rest other were not upto mark needed many changes to develop

Need to change the work culture, and made to work for long hours, were the personal life have no time and a cheap politics, Who works hard and have skills will b confined to the certain level.

Working at vrcm gives a immense experience that we can handle the situation at any time. The management here was understandable and work friendly.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
