Dislikes

Arrogant managers. No job security. Poor management Hire and Fire. If you are frontend developer, they will give you backend tasks and if you are backend developer they will give you frontend tasks. if you have option to join before CORRA, please except the other offer. Don't go with CORRA.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
