Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Working at Amazon is the best thing that can happen to anyone. Whether it's a fresher or experienced individual, really doesn't matter. They give the equal opportunity for everyone to work, grow and prove that you are the best. They make sure everyone is doing ok, very supportive very helpful. I worked there in 2012 and now I got a chance to write a review and it's 2024 November. I have missed each and everything about Amazon. It's been more than a decade and dint forget the names of people who I have worked with, the manager who hired me my and so much to say but little can be shared. Growth is cimpletely depends on manager. If your manager is not interested in you sure there wont be any promotion even afrer 10 years at same position

No work life balance, they expect you to give your complete day and even weekends for office work. Lot of people in higher management without proper process knowledge who are screwing others just to remain in the process, take their promotion and move on to a different team because they already messed up their previous team just for their own personal benefits.
