Currently working form home, I look forward to work at office once Covid is gone, I got this job through online hiring and never had leave my home for anything related to the job. Amazon delivered the work laptop to my home and every process of recruitment where done while I was conveniently located in the safety of home. I am fortunate to have a full-time position, I believe the hiring for my team is still going on a 1 year contract basis. Amazon requires a lot of people to work since business is increasing exponentially every year. The recruitment process is convenient , however, the level to pass is usually high depends on the role. It's only been a few months since, I joined here and so far I haven't had any major problems. I generally don't expect to have any that would be unbearable. Currently due to Covid I work from home, and sometimes due to lack of work furniture or set-up I have back pain at times when I have to do any strenuous activity related to work.
